Land Clearing & Lot Prep
Brush mulching, selective lot clearing, stump grinding and debris haul-off that turn overgrown, unusable acreage into a clean, buildable canvas.
Overview
What land clearing really comes down to
Overgrown land is full of potential you just cannot get to. Whether you are prepping to build, opening up a view, or reclaiming acreage that has gone to brush and briars, we clear it down to workable ground without tearing up more than you want gone.
We can grind the underbrush into mulch that stays on site and feeds the soil, or we can haul everything off for a clean slate — your call. Either way you get a lot you can actually walk, plan and build on.

- Selective clearing & treeline cleanup
- Debris and stump removal
What’s included
Everything this service covers
Forestry mulching
Grinding brush, saplings and small trees in place into a fine mulch layer — no burn piles, no hauling, less soil disturbance.
Selective clearing
Taking out the scrub and undesirable growth while leaving the mature hardwoods and specimen trees you want to keep.
Treeline & fence-line cleanup
Pushing back an encroaching wood line and clearing along fences so you regain the edges of your property.
Stump & debris removal
Grinding stumps and hauling off logs and root balls so the lot is ready to grade or build.
How it works
A straightforward path, start to finish
- 01
Walk the boundaries
We flag what stays and what goes, confirm property lines, and note any wet areas or slopes that change how we work.
- 02
Clear the underbrush
Mulching heads take down the tangle first, so we can see the site clearly and plan around the trees worth saving.
- 03
Remove the bigger material
Larger trees come down safely, stumps get ground, and we sort what stays as mulch from what leaves the property.
- 04
Leave it usable
We rough-grade high spots and leave the ground even enough to walk and plan — ready for finish grading or a build.
Questions
Good to know
Still wondering about something? Call or text (678) 662-3834 and we’ll talk it through.
- What is forestry mulching and why choose it?
- A machine grinds standing brush and small trees into mulch right where they stand. There is no burning, no hauling, and the mulch layer protects the soil from erosion — it is the cleanest, fastest way to clear most residential acreage.
- How much can you clear in a day?
- Roughly half an acre to a couple of acres a day for typical brush, depending on density and tree size. We give you an acreage-based timeline in the estimate.
- Do you handle the stumps too?
- Yes. We grind stumps below grade so the lot is level and buildable, and we can haul off the grindings or leave them to break down.
- Can you clear near wetlands or steep grades?
- We can, but we work carefully around them and follow local rules. If a buffer or permit applies, we will flag it during the walkthrough before any work starts.
