How it works
A straightforward path, start to finish

Measure & plan zones
We check your water pressure and map the yard into zones so lawn, beds and slopes each get the right amount.

Trench & lay lines
We pull pipe in with minimal disruption, set the heads for full overlap, and tie in drip where beds need it.
- 03
Set the controller
We program each zone for its plants and sun exposure and connect the smart controller and rain sensor.
- 04
Test & walk through
We run every zone with you, fine-tune the spray, and show you how to adjust it through the seasons.

- Do I really need irrigation if I just got new sod?
- New sod cannot dry out while it roots, and that is nearly impossible to keep up with by hand in our summer heat. A system is the surest way to protect the investment you just made in the lawn.
- Will a smart controller actually save water?
- Yes. It skips watering when it has rained, waters early to cut evaporation, and runs each zone only as long as its plants need — most homeowners see a real drop on the water bill.
- Can you fix or expand the system I already have?
- We repair broken heads and leaks, rezone systems that never covered the whole yard, and add zones when you put in new beds or sod. You do not have to start from scratch.
- What about winter?
- We blow the lines out with compressed air before the first hard freeze so nothing cracks, and start you back up in spring. It is quick, cheap insurance against a burst-pipe repair.
