Drainage Solutions

French drains, catch basins, downspout extensions and corrective regrading that move water away from your foundation and put an end to soggy, eroding yards.

Overview

What drainage really comes down to

Standing water is more than an eyesore. It drowns grass, breeds mosquitoes, erodes beds and, worst of all, works its way toward your foundation. We find out where the water is coming from and give it a clear, permanent path off your property.

Every yard is different, so we do not sell one product. Sometimes the answer is a French drain, sometimes a catch basin and a run of solid pipe, sometimes just correcting the grade. We pick the fix that matches your soil, slope and budget — and we build it to keep working long after we leave.

  • French drains & dry wells
  • Catch basins and pop-up emitters
  • Erosion and washout repair

What’s included

Everything this service covers

  • French drains

Perforated pipe in a gravel-wrapped trench that collects groundwater and carries it to daylight or a dry well.

  • Catch basins & channel drains

Surface inlets that grab water from low spots, patios and driveways before it has a chance to pool.

  • Downspout extensions

Piping roof runoff underground and away from the house so gutters stop dumping right at the foundation.

  • Erosion & washout repair

Rebuilding bare, rutted slopes and armoring them so the next storm does not carry your yard downhill.

How it works

A straightforward path, start to finish

  1. 01

    Trace the water

We find the source — roof, neighbor's grade, a spring, a low pocket — and figure out the lowest safe point to release it.

  2. 02

    Design the path

We lay out drains and pipe on the shortest, most reliable route to daylight, keeping fall consistent the whole way.

  3. 03

    Trench & install

We dig to grade, bed the pipe in washed gravel and fabric so it will not silt up, and connect every inlet.

  4. 04

    Backfill & restore

We close the trenches, re-establish the grade and leave the surface ready for sod or mulch — not a scar across the yard.

Questions

Good to know

Still wondering about something? Call or text (678) 662-3834 and we’ll talk it through.

Where does the water actually go?
To the lowest safe outlet on your property — usually daylight at a slope, a street or ditch where allowed, or a dry well when there is nowhere to run it aboveground. We confirm the outlet before we dig.
Will the drain clog over time?
We wrap French drains in filter fabric and use washed stone specifically to keep silt out, and we add cleanouts on longer runs. Maintained systems keep flowing for years.
My yard only floods in heavy rain — is that worth fixing?
If water reaches the house or kills the grass even occasionally, yes. We size the system for your worst storms, not the average one.
Can you match the fix to my landscaping?
Absolutely. Channel drains disappear into patios, pop-up emitters hide in the lawn, and we can dress a surface run as a river-rock dry creek that looks intentional.
